Our Kickstarter funded! Which means now the fun part begins - actually making the book. This is our production schedule. (I put on my producer hat to make this.)

The Package will be at the San Diego Comic-Con, and I (Elliot) will be handing out nifty postcards (front & back pictured above) to help publicize the Kickstarter project for the book.  Follow @ThePackageOGN and @elliotblake on Twitter to find out where I’ll be so you can get one.

If you get a postcard, you’ll notice there’s a redemption code on the bottom (not pictured here) - make a pledge of $25 or more and message me with the code, and you’ll get a special convention pledge incentive when the book ships: a limited print of pin-up gallery art from the book.  We’re lining up some great talent, so it should be really cool.

Hope to see you there!

“You two assholes do this without fucking up, we’ll see about wiping the slate clean.”

“We get up there, you best be ready to shoot. There’s a better than even chance these hombres are here to kill us.”

“There doesn’t always need to be a reason. Sometimes ya just gotta act.”

Tito, ever-present at Rafi’s side, lived to inflict pain. Crossing him - or crossing Rafi Vega -was the last thing a smart person wanted to do. Fred never professed to being smart.

Rafi Vega’s well-manicured, well-mannered exterior masked the ruthless streak that made him the boss of his corner of L.A.

Package Kickstarter Progress

Hey, friends -

A day and half into the Kickstarter fundraiser for The Package, and we’re 31% of the way towards our $4,800 goal!  With 28 days to go, I know we can get there, and we’ll do it with your continued support - so please keep sharing, retweeting, reblogging, facebooking, and if you’re a fancy early Google+ user, keep Google+ing the good word about this graphic novel project.  And if you’re so moved, I hope you’ll consider pledging your financial support as well - we have some great rewards for our supporters, including signed copies of the book, original art, and Fistful Apparel t-shirts. Also gratitude. Lots and lots of gratitude.

Thank you thank you thank you,

Elliot Blake
